What will you do?
Azure Summit Technology is currently seeking an RF Test Engineer. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic, growing, cross-functional, and geographically distributed team. The position is based on-site at our Windsor Mill, MD, office with occasional travel to Fairfax, Virginia, and occasional overnight travel to Melbourne, Florida. Your future team has worked together to produce the following job description:
The selected candidate will be responsible for test, fabrication, assembly, inspection, debugging, rework, and evaluation of complex RF and digital circuit boards and assemblies. The candidate will be instrumental in the testing, debugging, and rework of products during pre-delivery integration, acceptance test, and delivery phases of the product life cycle. Duties will include, but not be limited to, characterizing and debugging RF PCB issues to optimize performance, testing designs, and troubleshooting hardware problems; reading and writing schematics; generating RF design, verification, test reports by working with RF and systems and integration teams to design such reports; laying out and fabricating electronics; and testing chassis to support and contribute to engineering designs.
Basic Requirements

- Minimum 3 years RF test and engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- TOP SECRET/SCI clearance
- Experience with electronic systems test and evaluation
- Experience designing and verifying RF systems
- Experience using multimeters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes
- Subject matter expertise in radiofrequency or electronic warfare
- Experience troubleshooting of RF and digital circuitry
- Strong attention to detail
