Assistant Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team and oversee our day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for hiring, training, performance management, and will be the point of contact for all guest service needs. This is a great opportunity to work in a boutique hotel setting with a fun, fast-paced team.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of days, nights, weekends, or holidays based on business needs. We are open 24 hours per day.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Greet guests upon arrival at the hotel. This includes checking guests in while providing accurate information about the property and amenities.

• Handle guest requests or issues while maintaining professionalism and empathy. This includes greeting guests positively, answering questions with patience, and addressing concerns with appropriate solutions/solutions.
• Manage reservations and reservations made by guests. This includes ensuring that the reservation was made correctly, confirming the reservation via phone or email, entering the correct information into the reservation system, communicating with the guest about any issues that arise during the stay, and ensuring that the guest is satisfied with their stay. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
