We are seeking a creative and talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual design and be proficient in various design software. This position offers a great opportunity for growth and development in graphic design working together with the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media to promote our products
• Assist in the design of marketing assets such as brochures, and presentations to support various sales and marketing initiatives
• Update existing marketing materials with new brand identity
• Design large scale graphics for trades shows and events
• Collaborate with the marketing team to share ideas, develop solutions, and provide feedback for upcoming projects
• Produce website content, including banners, images, and other graphics, to enhance user experience and engagement
• Stay current on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and deliver innovative solutions
• Assist with production design tasks, such as resizing images, preparing files for print, editing Product Data Sheets, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
• Strong understanding of print and digital media
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Knowledge of digital art and layout design
• Experience or interest in photography and video is preferred
• Familiarity with video editing software is a plus
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design work across print and digital media.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborative effectively with team members
