Azimuth Corporation is seeking a talented Instructional Designer to join our NCR office team. The ideal candidate will be able to use tools to create and deliver appealing learning materials, while making training faster, easier, and more effective. *This position is contingent upon contract award.*

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Define clear learning objectives and create compelling content, coordinating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to collect information based on learners’ needs.
• Create a detailed storyboard of how a course should look and which interactions it should include.
• Develop online courses with a tool for learning and skill building and developing tests and assignments for performing knowledge checks and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Recommend instructional strategies.
• Develop and conduct a needs assessment/analysis and collect data; identify discrepancies based on analysis of data collection and make recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (experience in lieu of a degree may be considered)
• 8 years of experience in curriculum design
• Proven experience using tools to create and deliver engaging learning materials.

Desired Qualifications

• Security Assistance/Cooperation experience
• Foreign Military Sales experience
