We are looking for a Lead Forklift Operator to join our client's team in Bensenville, IL.

The principal functions of this position include the safe and efficient lead of the warehouse team in daily assignments, delegating tasks to warehouse forklift operators, and updating the Warehouse Shift Supervisor on all warehouse floor activities.

Responsibilities :

• Meets daily with shift Supervisor at the start of shift to review staffing and assignments.
• Presents information to Forklift Drivers as directed by the supervisor.
• Works directly or assigns training responsibilities for all new hires in conjunction with direction from the supervisor.

Requirements / Skills :

• Understanding of basic arithmetic, reading level to understand instructions, policies, and procedures
• Forklift certifications (Toyota sit-downs and Raymond reach truck).
• Demonstrated leadership qualities.

Shift : 3rd

Pay : $21.50 26.00 $3 shift differential
