Azalea Place LLC is Hiring a Caregiver Near Mosinee, WI

About us

  • Azalea Place LLC is a small business in a private home setting in Mosinee, WI. We currently offer supports for 3 adult females with disabilities .

Our work environment includes:

  • Casual work attire

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to individuals in their homes or in a care facility
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up living spaces
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
- Document client care and maintain accurate records

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality
- Familiarity with developmentally disabled care techniques and strategies
- Experience working in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or similar environments
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors and use behavior management techniques
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and ability to communicate with healthcare professionals

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well with individuals of all ages and backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions from supervisors or care plans

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
