```Job Summary:

We are seeking a Weekend Supervisor to join our team. The Weekend Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our staff during weekend shifts. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members.

Duties:

- Supervise and manage staff during weekend shifts

- Ensure that all tasks and assignments are completed in a timely manner

- Provide guidance and support to staff members as needed

- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement

- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to ensure smooth operations

- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the shift

- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Experience:

- Previous supervisory experience preferred

- Knowledge of acute pain management, ophthalmology, working with people with developmental disabilities, physical examinations, airway management, primary care, and care of frail elderly.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
