We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct care specialist to provide exceptional care to our DDD clients. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with their daily activities and ensuring their overall well-being. Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medications as instructed by healthcare professionals if needed
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and organizing client's living space
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Escort clients to appointments or social outings, as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, if needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience at least 6 months in related field, care giving or babaysitting
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and respect for resident rights
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Basic knowledge of nursing or social work principles is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Please note that all positions at our organization are paid, including internship positions. We value the dedication of our caregivers, you will be temp employee for the 1st 3 months until you show stability in your position, (no violations, no calling off or coming late to work)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
