JOB TITLE: Brand Manager

DEPARTMENT/DIVISION: Sales

LOCATION: NY Metro area

REPORTS TO: AZ Metro General Manager

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The Beverage Sales Manager is responsible for sourcing and developing new customers to increase sales of premium products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Grow the business through influential leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Generate demand for premium portfolio beverages
  • Work with the sales team to create compelling programs / offerings to prospective accounts.
  • Develop, align, and execute business plans that will generate demand for AriZona’s premium portfolio.
  • Leverage Beverage industry contacts and maintain ongoing relationships with key decision makers.
  • Use interpersonal skills to act as a liaison with stakeholders: sales team, commercial, operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Proven successes in delivering sales goals and objectives
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic working relationships with accounts
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, time management and presentation skills required
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting client’s requirements
  • In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Detail oriented, self-starter, multi-tasker
  • Ability to adapt quickly and effortlessly with change
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and problem solve
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Solid experience in sales and customer service
