AZ Janitorial Services is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to work from Monday to Friday PM 8am - 4:30 PM.

- Answering/making phone calls
- Sending e-mails
- Updating files
- Process invoices
- Scheduling meetings
- Reports, memos
- Payments
- Purchases
- Among other activities

Benefits

- Vacation: 10 days after 1st year of employment

Requirements

- Bilingual (Advanced English and Spanish)
- Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
- Customer service
- Managing work teams
