Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Body Shop Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive diagnostics, auto body repair, and customer service. If you have a passion for sales and automotive estimating, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles for accurate damage assessments
- Provide detailed estimates for repairs and communicate effectively with customers
- Collaborate with the repair team to ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions
- Uphold high standards of customer service throughout the repair process

Requirements:

- Proven experience in auto estimating and automotive sales
- Knowledge of air brakes, shocks struts, and tire services
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in suspension systems and auto body repair techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
