AZ Air Conditioning and Heating is a dynamic and innovative HVAC and Water Purification company dedicated to providing potential customers exceptional products and services. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generator to join our team.
As a Lead Generator, you will play a critical role in our sales and marketing efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate high-quality leads that have a genuine interest in our products/services. You simply greet customers at our well-known Retail Environment and be our Spokesperson.
SCHEDULE - MUST BE AVAILABLE ON DAYS AND TIMES BELOW:
Wednesday - 10am - 7pm
Thursday - 10am - 7pm
Friday - 10am - 7pm
Saturday - 10am - 5:30pm
Sunday - 10am - 5:30pm
Requirements:

Experience:
- Previous experience as a brand ambassador or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stigmatize the brand effectively and create a positive image
- Strong public speaking skills to engage with audience
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary:
$19 per hour plus 2% commission on each lead that turns into a sale! NO sales involved and NO cold calling!
