- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred)
- Proficient in Tekla EMP (or similar software)
- Knowledgeable in AISC, OSHA, and AWS codes
- Strong communication and personal skills
- Develop comprehensive project management plans including scope, budget, and schedule
- Allocate and manage resources
- Monitor project cash flow and control expenses
- Negotiate contracts and build relationships
- Mitigate project risks
- Project documentation
- Solve technical challenges
- Ensure regulatory compliance
