At AYC we need someone motivated and able to function in a fast-paced environment, the ability to multitask is very important.

Having any knowledge or background in the salon beauty industry is a plus as we are a leading salon equipment furnishing business.

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

• Creating and posting product listings with photos and descriptions on local platforms such as Facebook, Offer up, and Craigslist to drive traffic to the warehouse.
• Responding to messages in a timely matter on our postings.
• Help walk in customers, by leading them in the showroom answering questions and providing pricing. Let them know of our monthly promotions and upselling if possible.
• Checking out in-store customers using our Fishbowl software and taking payment. And scheduling local deliveries.
• We are hands-on and provide customer sales support from the moment a customer walks into our store to their items being delivered.
• Order processing using Fishbowl software to check inventory and process sales. Incoming orders are received by email, over the phone, imported from website, in person etc.
• Running shipping quotes for customers with different carriers ground and freight quotes.
• Warehouse support when it's needed, such as helping customer to move the packages.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience with retail sales or warehouse logistics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
