Job Details:

JOB TITLE: Data Specialist
CONTRACT DURATION: 15 months - Possibility of Conversion
LOCATION: Scottsdale, AZ | Hybrid work setting
ONBOARDING TIME: Expect 3-5 weeks from offer acceptance to start date.
NOTE: Possibility to convert after assignment completion. Not guaranteed - based on performance and attendance.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS (due at time of phone screen with recruiter)

• Copy of diploma for highest level of completed education.
• Two manger/supervisor references who you have worked with in the last year (Name, Company, Phone Number, Email Address)
• Upcoming RTO for the duration of the contract. (April 2024 – May 2025)
• Interview availability for the next 7-10 days.
• Resume with last seven years of work history - all work history gaps of 90 days must be explained.
• Documentation of COVID Card

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor's Degree or 4 years in related field

· 4 years of experience in Supply Chain or Enterprise Resource Planning

· Workday experience

DETAILS ABOUT THE POSITION

This position has primary support for ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) applications for Supply Chain and data that feeds bolt on or integrated applications. Develops and runs supply chain and financial analytics and is consultant to Supply Chain Operations, Purchasing, and Value Analysis Teams for network. Maintains network GPO and local contracts, item master, vendor master, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) set-up for supply chain at network level. Oversight of source data that is integrated to other systems like EMR, Point of Use (POU), etc. This includes categorization, billing codes, UNSPSC, GTIN, formulary, and other data standards. Provides daily support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for Supply Chain Operations, Purchasing and Value Analysis Teams.
