Job Description

What does your day to day with us look like

• Assist with the Estimating and Project Coordinating teams with soliciting subcontractor and vendor bids.
• Perform quantity take-offs for projects
• Prepare scope narratives, clarifications, and qualifications and effectively communicate to internal and external teams based on scope review of ITB documents and plan review.
• Review preliminary and contract drawings, shop drawings, specifications, safety programs, and quality assurance programs to fully understand construction criteria
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with the team and company personnel
• Develop and maintain working relationships with subcontractors, owners, and clients
• Occasionally assist with pre-bid walkthroughs of sites
• Gain familiarity with processes and workflow from administrative team throughout project construction and closeout.
• Review, manage, and update RFI and Submittal tracking throughout construction process and submit to owners and clients weekly
• Assemble and submit weekly project updates throughout construction project through project turnover to owners and clients.
• Facilitate and record meeting minutes throughout construction progress and update internally for construction team weekly.
• Any other related tasks

What do you need to ensure Excellence in your role?

• Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
