Axvengers is a newly opened axe throwing bar located on International Drive in Orlando, FL. We provide a unique and thrilling experience for our customers, combining the excitement of axe throwing with a welcoming and safe environment.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as an Axe Throwing Coach. As an Axe Throwing Coach, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and memorable experience for our customers. You will be responsible for teaching customers how to properly and safely throw an axe at a target, offering guidance and advice to help them improve their skills, and ensuring that everyone follows our safety protocols.

**Responsibilities:**

- Create a welcoming environment for customers and provide exceptional customer service.

- Demonstrate proper axe throwing techniques and safety procedures to customers.

- Offer guidance and advice to customers to help them improve their axe throwing skills.

- Monitor multiple axe throwing lanes simultaneously to ensure everyone is following safety rules and regulations.

- Perform maintenance tasks on axe throwing lanes, including replacing wooden target boards, drawing targets using markers, and cleaning/disinfecting tables and equipment.

- Assist with checking in customers, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate records of bookings and reservations.

- Respond promptly and effectively to any customer inquiries, concerns, or issues.

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and regulations.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in axe throwing, coaching, or a related field preferred but not required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including axe throwing equipment and wooden target boards.
