Axos Clearing LLC Target Range: $20.00/Hr. - $24.00/Hr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 5% Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 5% These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets. About This Job Axos Securities provides clearing, custody and ancillary services to Introducing Broker Dealers (“IBDs”) and Registered Investment Advisor's (“RIAs”) These services include the processing and settlement of securities transactions including equities, options, fixed income, mutual funds and alternative investments. In addition, Clearing custodies these securities for IBD and RIA customers. Clearing provides the extension of credit through margin loans and provides interest bearing sweep products to its customers. In addition, Clearing provides other products and services including technology solutions that assist IBDs and RIAs to effectively service their customers. The Jr. Analyst, Market & Credit is responsible for participating on an operational team that supports our clients. They help our clients grow by completing daily workloads in an accurate and timely manner. Responsibilities Assist with Identifying, evaluating, monitoring, and mitigating financial market, credit, margin, and trading risk associated with client and IBD accounts. Help in the development of Risk Monitoring tools to have more visibility into firm exposure. Prepare and maintain risk management documentation and risk reports. Tracking of business metrics such as KRI’s, Risk and Control registers, monitoring tools, and execute against a Risk Management program. Assist in the implementation of risk management policy and procedures in line with regulatory and market changes. Ensure compliance with Regulatory and SOX requirements.
