You will be accountable for assigned commodity(s) which have the highest impact on Axon’s supply base and spend categories. This requires a broad market understanding and internal and external stakeholder engagement at the highest levels. You will ensure assigned suppliers meet and maintain requirements for quality, on time delivery, and continuous improvement while optimizing cost, inventory and terms under the supervision of a Category Manager. Enhanced understanding of emerging markets and technologies is required.

The starting base pay for this role is between USD 49,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 88,000 in the highest geographic market. The on target earnings range for this role is between USD 63,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 113,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
