Axiva Wellness Centers is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in Women’s Health, Men’s Health, Anti-Aging Medicine, Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Medical Weight Loss and IV’s. Axiva needs a Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping patients lead healthier lives while striving to reach their optimal wellness and vitality goals. Axiva will offer collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals and needs a team and goal-oriented candidate. Patience, empathy, professionalism and interpersonal skills are essential. The Nurse Practitioner will need to work well independently, provide excellent patient care and have a strong background in the following:

§ Woman’s Health

§ Men’s Health

§ Hormonal Imbalances

§ BHRT Pellet Insertion

§ Medical Prescription Weight Loss

§ Peptide Therapy

§ Functional Medicine

§ Intravenous Vitamin Therapy

§ Nutritional Supplementation

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

§ Conduct consultations.

§ Evaluate, diagnose and propose individual treatments or products.

§ Order and interpret labs.

§ Propose programs based on individual’s goals.

§ Maintain charts and medication reorders.

Education/Experience/Preference

§ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy

§ Nurse Practitioner State Licensure

§ Dispensing License

§ Collaborative Practice Agreement (preferred)

§ Ability to learn quickly and willingness to continue learning new concepts.

§ Excellent communication skills

§ Self-driven with team spirit and a positive attitude

§ Strong compassion

§ Organizational skills

§ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify optimal treatment plan.

§ Ability to react appropriately and professionally under pressure using good judgment.
