We are an Independent Insurance Agency office located in South Jordan, UT. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative/ Licensed Insurance Agent to join our family. We work with Bear River Mutual, Auto Owners, and various other companies, which we will system train you on. Ideally we would like someone with their insurance license and experience to help elevate our office culture. As a CSR, you would be the first interaction our clients have with our office. We strive to keep our interaction positive and helpful while we guide them through their insurance needs and policies. All while occasionally enjoying a donut!

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete insurance information by using the right methods/tools
• Keep records of customer interactions
• Assist Insurance Agents as needed

Skills

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with Insurance-Property/Casualty and Commercial
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Knowledgeable with computers
• Quick learner
• High school degree

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
