Axis Consulting is Hiring a Construction Technician/Project Coordinator Near Roseville, CA

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure workmanship meets industry standards
- Analyze project data and provide regular reports to stakeholders on project status

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze complex information and make sound decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using construction management software
- Valid driver's license
