Secret Garden is a fast-growing, vertically integrated (Retail, Cultivation, and Manufacturing) cannabis company looking to hire Cultivation Associates to work in our cannabis growing operations.

Our Cultivation Department is focused on growing sustainable high-quality cannabis. We have a large facility and have established very strict quality control and sanitation standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Job Title: Cultivation Associate

Salary: Starting at $16/hr (Depending on experience)

Key responsibilities include:

· Working in all aspects of Secret Garden’s Cultivation department, including maintaining healthy genetics, propagation, veg and flower phases

· Following Secret Garden growing and production procedures

· Following Secret Garden compliance policies and procedures

· Maintaining sanitation and waste protocols

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Passion for learning

· Ability to follow general product safety and sanitation practices and requirements

· Organized, punctual and ability to work as a team player on various projects

· Positive attitude

· Proactive, self-motivated, and hardworking

· Strong attention to detail

· Adaptable and able to think on your feet

Physical Abilities:

· Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds

· 21 years of age or older

License:

· State of Alaska Marijuana Handler’s Permit

· Municipality of Anchorage Food Workers Card
