Axiom Staffing Group is seeking a traffic clerk at a company in Littlestown , Pa.

A Traffic Clerk is responsible for managing a variety of tasks related to traffic management. This includes receiving / releasing orders, preparing paperwork, routing orders for LTL and T / L on time, and communicating with customers and sales.

Traffic Clerk Duties

• Checking documents for accuracy.
• Direct communication with customers and sales.
• Contact carrier representatives to make arrangements or to issue instructions for shipping.
• Process paperwork for inbound and outbound loads.
• Ensure that all shipping and Receiving ( BOL ) documents are completed accurately and on time.
• Compile and maintain records for inbound and outbound shipments..

Traffic Clerk Skills

• Accuracy and Attention to detail.
• Good organizational and problem–solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Communication.
• Able to multitask .

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
• Basic MS Excel and Outlook experience
• Verbal and written communication is required.
• 1 year of warehouse distribution experience is a plus.
• ERP experience is a plus
