Axiom Property Management is Hiring a Branch Manager Near Pocatello, ID

Axiom is looking for a qualified individual to fill a position as a Branch Manager.

Ideal applicants will:

have a 4 year college degree with financial training
5 years experience in property management or a real estate related industry
Excellent communication skills
High level computer proficiency
Strong organizational background with proof of past work
High Stress tolerance
Goal and Objective oriented mentality
High moral and ethical standards
Extensive leadership experience

This job entails a lot of good, but quick decision making on the fly. We are in the problem solving industry and every day there will be new problems to be solved. We also play the middle man between Tenants and Owners, sometimes of which both are upset. Managers need to be calm under pressure and have a thick skin.

Axiom was established in 2005 and is a high quality property management service with a focus on integrity. Our goal is to help owners achieve solid passive income, while serving tenants and helping them to grow and succeed in the comfort of well maintained properties.

But don't let that scare you off. We love to have fun too! Bring your sense of humor, your charm, your wit...and perhaps a few ping pong skills as well. We work as a team and all successes and losses are shared. This position entails working with staff to get the best performance as a team. Branch managers are expected to learn quickly and to make competent decisions from day one. But you're not on an island and we're all here to help you.
