Temporary Summer Position (April – August 2023)

Full Time, Tuesday-Saturday 2pm-10:30pm

Axiom Eco-Pest Control offers residential and commercial services in Oregon, Washington, Colorado, and Tennessee. Headquartered in Milwaukie, Oregon, the company advanced the concept of eco-friendly pest control when it opened in 2008. Job Summary

This position offers on-the-job training for the right applicant. Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to handle multiple tasks are important for this position, which involves demonstrating 5-Star Customer Service and attention to detail in every customer interaction. Punctuality and attendance are critical. Some of the job duties include:

• Answering busy, multi-line phones.
• Scheduling appointments for new pest control customers.
• Conducting new customer “Welcome Out” calls with a positive & upbeat attitude.
• Verifying the data entry of customer accounts.
• Verifying customer payment details.
• Tracking and reporting new sales numbers from the sales teams.
• Tracking and reporting on any sales requiring a manager override.
• Maintaining the new customer appointment calendar.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous Customer Service experience is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient computer skills (Google suite, software, and scripts)
• Ability to maintain focus in a Call Center environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for accuracy in every transaction.
• Must be comfortable with a high volume of calls.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
