Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Transcribing Board of Director meeting minutes from recordings for approval by management.
• Interacting with high level executives, including Board of Directors.
• Opportunities and exposure to Public Relations communications.
• Assist with legal correspondence.
• Assist the Corporate Board Secretary with additional tasks as needed.

• None

Working Conditions

• Must be able to work independently and work will be performed in a regular office environment with the possibility of remote in a hybrid arrangement. Flexibility with hours may be granted if circumstances permit.

Qualifications Summary

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism or similar field preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years administrative experience; may be waived in lieu of education
• Experience in the banking or financial industry preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills:

• Proficient with Microsoft Word
• Strong computer skills
• Strong writing skills with attention to detail
• Exceptional multi-tasking capabilities
• Strong sense of urgency
• Thorough with strong follow up drive
• Ability to clearly communicate action items in a tactful manner
• Demonstrate a readiness to assist
