Job Overview:
Axiom 360 Roofing is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales on new roofs and roof repairs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Present product information to customers and demonstrate how our products meet their needs
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' products
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Technical sales experience is preferred
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop business strategies
- Experience in account management is a plus
Pay:
- Uncapped commission-based sales
- Our minimum standard is 5 sales/month.
- Volume bonuses are available.
- Six-figure annual income expected but in no way guaranteed.
- 1099-contractor
