We are seeking a skilled and dedicatedEmbryologistfor our team at Fertility Institute of NJ & NY in Oradell, NJ. You will play a crucial role in our reproductive medicine laboratory, working with assisted reproductive technologies (ART). Embryologist candidate should be proficient in performing all aspects of andrology (Kruger Strick Morphology, IUI, Sperm Freezing) and embryology techniques required for IVF, including but not limited to ICSI, Laser AH, Embryo and Oocyte cryopreservation. We would welcome applicants with andrology or endocrinology (running hormone analyzer) experience.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in embryology, reproductive biology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in a clinical embryology laboratory desired.
  • Strong knowledge of reproductive physiology and embryonic development.
  • Proficiency in laboratory techniques such as micromanipulation, embryo grading, and vitrification.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Compassion, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with patients undergoing fertility treatment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Ability to work weekend and holiday rotation.
