Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Axe House/Ice Cream Shop. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
• Ensure a high standard of customer service by training and motivating staff to exceed customer expectations
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, sales forecasting, and cost control measures
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for both employees and customers, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness
• Foster a positive work culture and promote teamwork and collaboration among staff members
• Handle any customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or entertainment venue
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing budgets
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
