Ax Caliber Axe Venue And Cafe in Lakeland, FL is looking for one indoor virtual smokeless range officer to join our team. We are located on 204 East Orange Street Suite 102. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Making sure safety is maintained in our virtual gun range. 
• Handling all firearms between the check in and the shooting bays. 
• Maintaining and cleaning of the guns including oiling and cleaning on a as needed basis.
• Training guest on shooting stances and how to properly hold firearms. 
• Changing batteries in the laser systems when needed. 
• Keep all firearms sighted in, to be checked weekly. 
• Cleaning of the range area; wiping tables, bathrooms, sweep, mop, vacuuming.
• Putting all firearms on display and then store away every night.
• Keeping inventory of all firearms and magazines daily.
• Keeping inventory of all needed supplies; batteries, O-rings, gas, set screws, etc.
• Checking in guest and keeping track of bookings and walk-ins in Bookeo.
• Taking payment in Toast (cash register).
• Trouble shooting software and making adjustments to the system as needed.

Qualifications

• Background in firearms a plus. (Military, law enforcement, range instructor)
• some firearms knowledge.
