Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Completes needed filing to maintain personnel-related records
  • Informs immediate supervisor of all staff-related needs as they occur
  • Turns in all documentation as required and meets with supervisors as necessary
  • Assists the Human Resources Department as needed, along with offering support to all other administrative staff
  • Manages a multiple extension telephone system.
  • May greet, assist, and direct visitors accordingly
  • Types memos, correspondences/letters, reports, and other documents upon request
  • Copies data and manuals.
  • Takes meeting minutes.
  • Files and assists with some inventory tasks, etc.
  • Develops organizational forms, when requested and schedules appointments, conferences, and meetings
Requirements:

Required Skills, Abilities & Education:

  • AA/AS Degree in a Business/Administration Related Field is required. An equivalency may be considered if the work history is direct employment experience.
  • Two (2) years of Human Resource and/or recruitment experience.
  • Knowledge of administration-related procedures.
  • MS Office: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Must have excellent organization skills, strong attention to detail and follow-up skills are required
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple, often conflicting priorities while supporting multiple leaders.
  • Must be able to take abstract direction and take appropriate action as needed
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn, with a willingness to embrace change
  • Must always demonstrate confidentiality and discretion, balancing coordination of sensitive/confidential information with those who truly “need to know”
  • Demonstrates a commitment to integrity & unyielding commitment to compliance and always “do the right thing”
