AWARE is looking for the right person to lead an Adult Residential Services team as the AET Program Coordinator.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision of assigned staff within AWARE Corporate Developmental Disabilities Services.
• Development and supervision of work activities.
• Coordinates daily transportation of clients.
• Evaluate employee performance and make disciplinary recommendations.

Requirements

Required Skills, Abilities & Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field is preferred; an equivalency can be used based on experience and education.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a community-based program for the developmentally disabled.
• Administrative experience with the direct supervision of staff.
• Valid Montana Driver’s License.
