About the Opportunity:
∙ Job Title: Medical Assembler 3
∙ Pay: $22.75/Hour
∙ Location: Forest Lake, MN
∙ Schedule: 2nd Shift, Mon-Fri 3:15PM-11:15PM.
Daily functions:
- Operate machinery and perform assembly tasks according to precise specifications.
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate documentation.
- Interpret blueprints and utilize measuring instruments to ensure quality standards are met.
- Execute tool wear offsets and deploy inserts, fixtures, and tooling as required.
- Adhere to ISO requirements and maintain a clean work environment through regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks.
- Conduct quality inspections, identifying and addressing defects promptly.
- Package and label components accurately, adhering to established protocols.
- Follow written instructions meticulously, ensuring tasks are completed to specifications.
- Engage in repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and attention to detail, whether sitting or standing for extended periods.
Desired qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- 4 years of experience in plastic injection molding environment required.
- Strong reliability, dependability, and proactive work ethic.
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in English to effectively understand and communicate job instructions.
- Ability to perform essential duties with precision and attention to detail.
- Aptitude for problem-solving, data collection, and analysis.
- Proficient in basic mathematical computations.
Physical requirements:
- Rarely lifting 40lbs.
- Standing or sitting for long durations of time.
- Use hands and fingers with good dexterity.
