About the Opportunity:
•Job Title: Medical Assembler 3
•Pay: $21/Hour
•Location: Forest Lake, MN
•Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 7:15AM-3:15PM.
Daily functions:

Operate machinery and perform assembly tasks according to precise specifications.

Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate documentation.

Interpret blueprints and utilize measuring instruments to ensure quality standards are met.

Execute tool wear offsets and deploy inserts, fixtures, and tooling as required.

Adhere to ISO requirements and maintain a clean work environment through regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks.

Conduct quality inspections, identifying and addressing defects promptly.

Package and label components accurately, adhering to established protocols.

Follow written instructions meticulously, ensuring tasks are completed to specifications.

Engage in repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and attention to detail, whether sitting or standing for extended periods.

Desired qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

4 years of experience in plastic injection molding environment required.

Strong reliability, dependability, and proactive work ethic.

Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Proficiency in English to effectively understand and communicate job instructions.

Ability to perform essential duties with precision and attention to detail.

Aptitude for problem-solving, data collection, and analysis.

Proficient in basic mathematical computations.

Physical requirements:

Rarely lifting 40lbs.

Standing or sitting for long durations of time.

Use hands and fingers with good dexterity.
