About the role: We are seeking a permanent full-time Store Person / Medical Courier who will be responsible for picking and packing supplies for medical centres in the Otago/Southland region and also delivering orders around Dunedin and Mosgiel, and transporting specimens from medical centres to our laboratory within agreed timeframes.

You will also: 

• Receipting all inward goods in the inventory management system
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles
• General warehouse duties including delivery of packages internally and externally as required
• Replenishment of laboratory consumables throughout the day

These are public facing roles that at times can be demanding. To be successful you will have excellent customer service skills, be warm and friendly with a can do attitude and a real commitment to service delivery.

To be successful in this role you need to have:

• A full NZ class 1 licence
• A clean criminal and driving record
• You will be required to be available to relieve the weekend roster from time to time.
• Good knowledge of the Dunedin region
• Be physically fit and able
• Respect for ensuring patient confidentiality at all times and in all matters
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand
