Wehave an opportunity for a remote Manager, Market Research on our Environmentally Intelligence team.
As a Manager, Market Research, you will conduct custom market research andanalytics to generate strategic business insights. Insights will be used to provide decisionadvantages and influence decision-making and strategic planning across highlevels of multiple business units across the AMA.

REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelor’s degree required. MBA, MS, MA, MPH, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
2.Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a high-performance organization, leading market research and data analytics. Experience in healthcare or public health, as well as managing staff, is preferred
3.Strong analysis skills; mastery of traditional analytical tools (such as SPSS, SAS, R, Python, etc.)
4.Demonstrated experience in using analytical concepts and statistical techniques through commercial lens: hypothesis development, designing and conducting tests/experiments/studies, analyzing data, and developing actionable recommendations for business units.
5.Able to conduct complex analyses, identify key insights, and present recommended actions with executive presence.
6.Strong ability to plan and manage numerous analytics processes, stakeholders, and projects simultaneously.
7.Demonstrated negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to exercise diplomacy, tact, professionalism, responsiveness, and a high level of flexibility.
8.Effective time management, organization, and prioritization with autonomy; demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously.
9.Polished interpersonal skills; effective communication, both written and verbal; with the ability to think and communicate, formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues, and create a concise and well-written narrative.
The pay range for this position in Chicago IL,California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey,New York, Ohio, South Carolina, Virginia, Wisconsin, or WashingtonD.C. is ($102k -$138k). This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay forthis role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay within the salaryrange will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevanteducation, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location andbusiness or organizational needs.
