    GEARS Teacher Leader
    Maximum 20 Days at Individual Teacher Rate of Pay
    General Description: Develop, guide and implement sustainable school improvement efforts at the campus level.
    Requirements:
    1. A current full-time AESD Teacher
    2. A minimum of 3 years successful teaching experience
    3. Demonstrated ability to raise student achievement
    4. Knowledge in math and/or reading instruction
    5. Availability to participate in School Improvement
    6. Close gaps in student learning
    Performance and Responsibilities:
    1. Work in a collaborative team to develop the School Playbook.
    2. Attend and actively participate in professional development for continuous school
    improvement.
    3. Communicate the details for the School Playbook effectively with colleagues in staff
    presentations and grade level meetings.
    4. Analyze data trends pertaining to student achievement.
    5. Participate in the project for a minimum of 1 year to lead and implement school
    improvement, monitor progress, and evaluate effectiveness.
