Clearstream Rehab and Nursing Center is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team on night shift as our house supervisor! You would have a consistent hall assignment as well as extra training for the supevisory portion of this position. We are looking for a strong leader who is willing to take charge in the night hours and ensure a smooth transition from days to nights for our residents and staff. 

• Full-time with a consistent hall assignment
• Night Shift Hours: 6pm-6am
• Competitive Pay based on experience (NEW LPNs $29 up to $30.50 for more experienced LPNss) PLUS $3.20 Hazard Pay
