Role Overview
At Avodah Inc., the Part-Time Benefits/Payroll Administrator is critical to our People operations team. This role is a vital link between our employees and their compensation, benefits, and the overall well-being that Avodah Inc. strives to ensure for every team member. As a part-time administrator, you will manage and execute payroll processes, administer employee benefits, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This position requires high accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
· Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
· 2 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
· Strong understanding of payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel.
· Familiarity with labor laws and payroll tax regulations.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
