Job Details:
- $70,000-$75,000 annual salary DOE
- Based in Tempe, AZ 85283
- In-person full-time: 8-hour shift, Monday-Friday

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Foreman or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of various roofing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and coordinate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement timely solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead field team of roofers, providing guidance, instruction, and support throughout projects.
- Plan and organize work schedules, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and project deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of various commercial roofing systems, including flat roofs, metal roofs, and asphalt shingles.
- Inspect and assess roofs for damage, leaks, or other issues, and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including labor hours, materials used, and project progress.
- Train and mentor roofing technicians, providing ongoing guidance and support to develop their skills and knowledge.
