Speech and Language Pathologist Position Summary:
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide and direct all aspects of quality patient care, including evaluation and treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation according to the organization's guidelines, professional standards and community needs. Serves as a patient and rehabilitation advocate for current prospective patients, to all internal and external customers. Participates in quality assurance and customer service activities.
Education/Certification:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to fulfill each essential duty with a strong degree of professionalism. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
CPR Certification, as required for license renewal.
Sub Acute/SNF experience is necessary.
