As the Assisted Living Program Coordinator - RN you will work closely with our residents at Avoca Lodge Assisted Living. You will also have the option available to pick up hours working the floor as a Charge Nurse at Avoca Specialty Care (attached skilled nursing facility). What it takes to become an AL Program Coordinator with Care Initiatives:

• Valid RN license in good standing. License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate.
• Current, valid CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state assisted living & long-term care regulations and laws.
• A strong commitment to helping others and consistently treating them with empathy, respect, patience, and discretion.
