AVM California Solutions is Hiring a Customer Support Associate Near Sacramento, CA

We arelooking to expand into 4 more U.S. markets in the next quarter. We attribute our successes and growth to two ideals. The second is our underlying value of caring for the security, growth, and well-being of our Customer Support Associate Team.

When working with our Company's Customer Support Associates, our team members receive the kind of mentoring training that will allow them to succeed in not only the business world but in life. One can't be a success without the strongest of teachers. We understand that and are committed to both the personal and professional growth of each Customer Support Associate as well as the team as a whole. Our Customer Support Associates are our greatest asset; therefore we are willing to train the right candidate in every aspect of direct sales & customer support.

Essential Functions of the Customer Support Associate:

  • Reach out to every possible customer to generate more business through direct interactions
  • Place orders & follow up completed & submitted e.g. write up orders, do price quotes & send invoices
  • Has and grows knowledge of products, prices, installations, and various sales promotional services
  • Meet with TARGETED consumers interested in the client's services
  • Attending conferences and meetings
  • Build relationships with consumers and close sales to increase revenue
  • Research competitors
  • Gathers analyzes and delivers information from the field to develop strategies and product offerings
  • Coordinate issues with key clients between service, support, customer service, & sales
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
 

Experience and Background of a Customer Support Associate:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Experience in Customer Support and Sales
  • Clear and proper communication directly when interacting with consumers and fellow team members
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor

What Does The Customer Support Associate Role Look Like? 

  • Entry-level position that serves customers’ needs both at our firm and in the field by providing information about products & services to grow business and sales while handling & resolving issues
  • Skills needed including listening, customer service, sales, product knowledge, quality focus, problem-solving, market research, office, and phone skills, resolving conflict, analyzing information, multi-tasking
  • This is a very visible position across all sections of our business which will provide the right individual with the ability to learn the industry and showcase their talents. This will involve various training, growth, and professional coaching opportunities in both technical and business disciplines along with a mentor relationship with the department manager
