A leading medical institution is seeking a Security Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for provisioning access to enterprise systems. The ideal candidate has prior experience in IT, Identity & Access Management, Information Security, or other Provisioning Systems.

Security Analyst Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $30/hr
• Worksite: Leading medical institution (San Francisco, CA 94158, Must orient and work at all Medical Center locations)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k, PSL
• 40 hours/week, 2 Month Assignment

Security Analyst Responsibilities: 

• Handle all Access Control requests according to Medical Center processes and procedures.
• Fully support the Access Provisioning Life cycle.
• Provision and deprovision Medical Center network and application accounts.
• Grant, deactivate, and track administrative rights for software installations.
• Create, transfer, and deactivate various system accounts.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of access control procedures in order to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Support internal and external auditors as needed by providing access control information.
• Create and maintain processes, policies, and other documentation required to facilitate auditing of the environment, increase awareness, and improve controls.
• Assist in the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of new procedures and controls.
• Manage objectives range from business processes to application and technology infrastructure controls.
• Perform routine system audits for data integrity and security and perform security audit reporting.
•  Work closely with management and support to ensure controls and functionality are appropriately configured.
• Take ownership for making decisions relating to and resulting in a positive customer experience.
• Support Security Operations Team from an investigatory role.
• Communicate audit progress and findings to IT management.
• Participate in systems administration planning and risk mitigation activities such as disaster recovery and change control activities.
• Perform assignments while demonstrating a sense of urgency as needed.
• Handle all Access Control requests according to Medical Center processes and procedures.

Security Analyst Qualifications: 

• 1 years of relevant work experience in IT, Identity & Access Management, Information Security, or other Provisioning Systems.
• Associate’s degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar degree is preferred.
• EPIC provisioning is strongly desirable.
• Demonstrate integrity, analytical competence, troubleshooting skills, team skills, and flexibility.
• Interpersonal skills in order to work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.
• Have strong Windows & Clinical Application skills.
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills.
• Effectively writes or articulates thoughts, ideas, and documentation.
• Abide by all JCAHO and HIPAA regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong self-management skills with the ability to organize, plan and juggle multiple priorities and assignments to maximize productivity.

• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in conjunction with team members and project groups.
• Ability to balance work schedule and priorities.

Shift:
