The successful candidate will provide excellent administrative and operational support to all of ourshared labs facilities.

The ideal candidate has four years of administrative experience, or combination of education andrelevant experience. The company offers a great work environment!Administrative Associate - University Laboratory Pay and Benefits :

• Hourly pay : $35 / hr
• Worksite : Leading University (Remote, candidates must be located in the United States)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
• 20 hours / week, 6 Month AssignmentAdministrative Associate - University Laboratory Responsibilities :
• Under the guidance of the Shared Labs Director, place orders for instrumentation and lab equipment / supplies and track purchase through the process, identifying and resolvingproblems.

This includes vendor set-up, sole source justification, etc.

• Serve as P-card and T-card custodian, working with lab managers to verify purchases, resolve issues, etc.
• Invoice internal and external users, processing transfers, managing deposits, etc.
• Support quarterly and monthly events, including arranging for catering ordersAdministrative Associate - University Laboratory Qualifications :
• High school diploma and four years of administrative experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
• Advanced computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email applications.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take initiative, prioritize and multitask.
