A leading digital streaming network is seeking a Credit and Collections Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for working close to Cash Manager prioritizing the work and meeting team deadlines. The Cash Analyst is responsible for applying LATAM cash, aprox 350M USD yearly, and WTH taxes received in customer accounts. This position works closely to Collections, Billing, Accounting, Tax and Treasury departments. The ideal candidate has 6 months Accounts receivable experience. Credit and Collections Analyst Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $27/hr
• Worksite: Leading digital streaming network (Nashville, TN 37203, Hybrid - one day in the office/week)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
• 40 hours/week, 5 Month Assignment

Credit and Collections Analyst Responsibilities:

• Review wire transfers and checks received and apply them to customers.
• Work close Collection team to apply cash and WTH to corresponding invoices.
• Prepare WTH reports to send to International Tax Team.
• Prepare daily Unapplied Cash report.
• Prepare daily cash received report.
• Work closed to Treasury team to identify unknown wire transfers.
• Ensure unapplied payments get resolved and applied timely.
• Process credit card payments.
• Participate in our cash application process and cash reports project.
• Participate in Canada and Caribbean revenue activity handover to Latam.
• Play an active role during month end close.
• Responsible of Bank account reconciliation.
• Write Off uncollectable invoices requested by Collection after verifying AAM approvals.
• Ad-hoc internal and external audit reports.
• Active participation in Auditing.
• Telefe Cash Application Back up.
• Work close provinces to get all back up documentation for booking payments in the system.
• Telefe future checks reconciliation cross control.
• Work close to local Tax team in Argentina supporting request documentation.

Credit and Collections Analyst Qualifications:

• 6 months Accounts receivable experience.
• Excel & Word.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Team Player, have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Proactive and Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure.
• Team oriented person who can focus on details and follow up.
• Ability to work with worldwide team.
