Description

Windsor Court is seeking a highly motivated In-Room Dining Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Food and Beverage Management team in ensuring first-quality service while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs. He/she will also be responsible for continually working toward improving sales revenues beyond the budget.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overseeing the In-Room Dining while providing guests the highest quality of service efficiently and courteously.

- Maintain adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs

- Continually work toward improving sales revenues beyond the budget

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

- Assist in the training and development of staff

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements

 Requirements:

- At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field is required

- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred

- High School diploma or equivalent required

- College coursework in related fields is helpful

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
