Summary
Looking for a new role as a Quality Assurance Manager We are hiring a dedicated individual for a full-time opportunity with our client in Austin, MN. In this role, you will handle a range of responsibilities, playing a crucial part in managing the Quality Management System (QMS) and oversight in production.
Responsibilities

• Identify and implement quality control processes for compliance.
• Collaborate with management to establish quality benchmarks.
• Oversee and audit the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Train and lead a Quality Assurance Tech and expand the team, as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years of quality management experience in a production processing environment
• Bachelor's degree in a science field preferred (i.e., biology, chemistry, food science)
• Familiar with GFSI (SQF/BRC) and ISO 9001:2015 standards
