Avid Marketing Group (AMG) is seeking a dynamic Solutions Architect for our Digital Innovations Team. We are looking for candidates that have a strong management skills, an understanding of Front and Back End Technology, and can be a great collaborator and problem solver. The Solutions Architect will be expected to think conceptually and creatively for our Beverage Alcohol clients.Position OverviewThis position will primarily manage the technology/product side of the business for AMG. Both Internal collaborator with the Client Services Teams as well as client facing, this position will be expected to help take Ideas and bring them to life via AMG existing products as well as thinking outside of the box. They will work with the Digital Project Managers to scope projects, with the Product Managers to understand the technology and with the Developers to concept and bring projects to life.Reports to: VP of OperationsDuties and Responsibilities*Work with both Internal and external stakeholders to understand program needs and feasibilityHelp to define the technical solution with all moving parts In mind, partner with Product Managers, Software DevelopersCollaborate with the Client Service Teams (Account Management and Sales Teams) to conceptualize non-templated project workAbility to be both flexible and ridged - AMG Is a client-driven business with both templated work and out-of-the-box thinking, clients expect creativity when neededAttend client facing meetings and be able to present Ideas and solutionsFor non-templated work, SA must help to facilitate the scope, timeline and resources needed to deliver best In class solutionMentor and manage In-house developers*Subject to change based on business requirementsQualifications5 years of relevant experience In Solutions Architect role or similarExcellent problem solving and communication skillsExperience In managing a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven business environment and can work both individually and as part of a team with limited guidanceHighly organized, work quality, attention to detail, accuracy & consistencyAMG is working in a hybrid-style.
